Foot Massage Mat

This mat provides the means to give yourself a foot massage every day. It can be used as a supplement to your reflexology treatments. The upper surface consists of a grid of over 1600 small cones pointing upwards, each cone about 1 cm high. Walking on the mat applies pressure to the contact points on the bottoms of the feet, massaging the muscles and activating many reflex points. A shallow mound in the centre allows contact with the instep. The mats are 43 cm (17 in) in diameter, weigh 0.75 kg (1.65 lb) and are made of high quality synthetic rubber.
